At Vaishalisuta, we take pride in providing pure, natural, and handcrafted products made with care and devotion. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, certain conditions apply for returns and refunds.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must inform us within 3 days of delivery by email or WhatsApp with photo or video proof of the issue.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
As our products are natural, ayurvedic, and cow-based, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items due to hygiene and purity reasons.
Return Process

- Once approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.
Note: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back safely, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If you receive a replacement, a refund will not be applicable.
No Return / No Exchange Items
For hygiene, safety, and purity reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Cow dung products (Deepak, Dhoop, Samagri, etc.) once used or burned
- Ayurvedic powders and churna products after seal break
- Customized or made-to-order items
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product or missing item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with images or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
Refund (if applicable) will be issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
